I know what it’s like to feel the weight of saying “yes” when you’re already stretched thin—afraid of disappointing others, or worried about what people might think of you as a Christian. I said yes to everyone… but deep down, I felt exhausted, resentful, and painfully disconnected from my own God-given purpose.
Maybe you can relate.
I wasn’t just tired—I was soul-level weary. Constantly striving to meet expectations. Trying to be everything to everyone. And somewhere in the middle of it all, I lost sight of who I was and what God had actually called me to do.
I was so busy serving and trying to please people that I missed out on precious time with the most important people, my family, and I also set a poor example for my own daughters. What my daughters saw wasn’t just a tired mom—they saw someone who was constantly stretched thin, snapping under pressure, and slowly losing the joy that once lit up her faith. They watched me say yes to everything and everyone, except myself.
As they grew older, they began to pull away—not just from me, but from the kind of faith I was unintentionally modeling: one that looked more like exhaustion and obligation than peace and purpose. It broke my heart to realize that what I thought was “being faithful” was actually painting a picture of Christianity that felt draining instead of life-giving.
But everything began to change when I slowed down, got honest with myself, and let God do some deep work in my heart. Through prayer, Scripture, and Spirit-led transformation, I discovered a new way to live—one that is rooted in grace, guided by purpose, and full of peace.
And here’s the biggest truth that changed everything for me: It’s not selfish to honor your God-given limits. It’s spiritual wisdom.
Many of us were taught that being a “good Christian woman” means saying yes to everything, sacrificing constantly, and putting ourselves last—even when it leaves us bitter and burned out. But here’s the truth: God never called us to live that way.
Even Jesus set boundaries. He stepped away from the crowds. He said “no” to some things so He could say a greater “yes” to His Father’s will. He lived with clarity—not from guilt or pressure. And, He invites you to live that way too.
Once you understand this deeply biblical truth, everything shifts. You begin to set boundaries without guilt, say no without fear, and walk boldly in the purpose God uniquely placed inside of you.
That’s why I created From People Pleasing to Purposeful Living—for Christian women like you who are ready for something different. Women who are tired of striving and finally ready for freedom.
And if you’re wondering whether I can actually help you—let me be real with you:
You’re not just getting inspiration. You’re getting structure. The F.R.E.E.D.O.M. Method gives you a step-by-step path to change how you think, decide, and live—so you’re not guessing anymore or falling back into old patterns.
This isn’t DIY. I’m with you in it—guiding you with short, soul-refreshing lessons that feel like we’re having coffee together. You’ll feel supported, not overwhelmed.
Most importantly, this course doesn’t just treat the symptoms of people-pleasing. It helps you get to the root—those deep identity wounds, spiritual confusion, and fear of rejection—and replaces them with God’s truth, tools, and healing.
If you’re ready for a faith-filled, freedom-focused way of living…I’d be honored to walk with you.
